BILLING Health Horizons’ Insurance Billing Department has 27 years of billing experience. We are available to answer questions you may have regarding your health insurance benefits, auto accident and worker’s compensation claims. For those who have financial considerations, please ask about our Preferred Chiropractic Doctor Program.  MASSAGE Our staff of massage therapists offers four different styles of massage therapy including Swedish, Deep Tissue, NeuroMuscular Re-education, and CranioSacral Therapy. LIFESTYLE COORDINATOR The lifestyle coordinator assists our clients in implementing the doctor’s recommendations regarding healthy lifestyle changes.
